  • How long will each bottle last?
Each bottle has a shelf life of 6 weeks, and when opened and taken correctly, contains 30 servings to last about a month.
  • Why do the ingredients separate in the bottle?
Separation is natural due to the key ingredients also being natural, unprocessed and non-HPP. It's further proof that there are no added nasties to keep the juice suspended. If a juice naturally settles, you know it's full of the good stuff. All you have to do is gently shake to wake and know you are getting a powerhouse of nutrition.
  • How do I measure out each serving?
There is no complicated measuring technique. Each bottle comes with a shot glass, so simply pour to 25ml, knock back and enjoy!
  • Where are your key ingredients sourced from?
We endeavour to source all our natural ingredients locally, with as few food miles as possible. All raw ingredients are hand selected and where possible organic options chosen.
  • Why glass bottles?
We always sustainably bottle our products in premium glass bottles making them endlessly reusable, recyclable and ensuring that your joose does not absorb any nasty chemicals from plastic alternatives that affect the flavour. We are all aware that the world is also facing a plastic crisis. Annual global plastic production has exploded over the past decades, going from approx 1.5 million metric tons (MT) in 1950 to an astonishing 368 million MT in 2019. From the Mariana trench to Mt. Everest, there is virtually no place on Earth which is left untouched by plastic pollution.
  • How do I know what nutrition I’m getting?
Each 25ml serving contains over 800% of your daily recommended Vitamin C intake and over 200% of your daily recommended Vitamin D intake. One 25ml shot is all you need each morning to help protect your immune system. Our juices are vigorously tested with a specialist food testing lab and have been approved by Environmental Health.
  • What is a food supplement?
A food supplement is defined as "any food the purpose of which is to supplement the normal diet and which is a concentrated source of a vitamin or mineral or other substance with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination and is sold in dose form". Food supplements are intended to correct nutritional deficiencies, maintain an adequate intake of certain nutrients, or to support specific physiological functions. Pro-Immune provides over 800% of Vitamin C RDA and over 200% of Vitamin D RDA.
  • When should I take Pro-Immune?
Take 25ml on an empty stomach every morning followed immediately by your normal breakfast routine. Vitamin D will absorb into the bloodstream more readily when taken with food.
